5.GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES
Each request is reviewed based on:
- The nature of the product or service.
- The stage of delivery or usage.
- Applicable legal requirements.
- Operational feasibility.
- Any specific written commitments made by the Company.
Refunds are not automatic and will be processed only where permitted under this Policy or required by applicable law.
6.OFFLINE COACHING FEES
A student may request cancellation of admission before the commencement of classes. Where a refund is approved:
- Registration or admission charges expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of enrolment may be retained, subject to applicable law.
- Administrative deductions, if any, will be disclosed in advance.
- Amounts relating to classes already attended or services already provided may be deducted on a proportionate basis.
- Once a student has attended a substantial portion of the course, completed the course, or received the majority of the contracted educational services, refunds may not be available except where required by law or specifically approved by the Company.
7.ONLINE LIVE COURSES
If access has not yet been activated and no live sessions have been attended, eligible cancellation requests may be considered in accordance with this Policy. Once access has been activated or live sessions have been substantially attended, refunds may be limited or unavailable because educational services have already begun.
8.RECORDED VIDEO COURSES
Recorded video courses are digital products. Once access has been activated or course content has been made available to the user, refunds are generally not available, except:
- Where required by applicable law.
- Where duplicate payment has occurred.
- Where the Company is unable to provide the purchased service due to its own operational reasons.
Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
9.PDF MATERIALS, E-BOOKS & DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads, including:
- PDF Notes
- E-Books
- Digital Study Material
- Question Banks
- Formula Sheets
- Downloadable Assignments
are generally non-refundable once the download link, viewing access or delivery has been provided, except where:
- Required by law.
- Duplicate payment is confirmed.
- The purchased file is materially defective and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved by replacement or technical support.
10.ONLINE TEST SERIES
Refund requests relating to online test series may be considered before activation of access. Once the test series has been activated, commenced or substantially used, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law or where the Company is unable to provide the service.
11.BOOKS
For printed books purchased through official channels, eligible replacement or refund requests may be considered where:
- The wrong book was delivered.
- The book was materially damaged during delivery.
- The product received differs substantially from the confirmed order.
Requests should be reported promptly after delivery, along with reasonable supporting information such as photographs. Minor printing variations, packaging differences or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect usability may not qualify for replacement or refund.
12.EDUCATIONAL MERCHANDISE
Replacement or refund requests for educational merchandise may be considered where:
- A defective product is received.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
- The product is damaged in transit.
Requests based solely on personal preference, change of mind or incorrect size selection (unless an exchange policy is separately offered) may not qualify for a refund.
13.DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue or payment processing error, the Company will verify the transaction and, where appropriate, refund the excess amount through the original payment method or another lawful method.
14.ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order or enrolment where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- Used Test Series.
- AI Learning Services already consumed.
- Completed Workshops.

- Digital Certificates already issued.
- Memberships already substantially used.

23.FRAUD PREVENTION
The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of:

25.FRANCHISE PURCHASES
For purchases made through an authorized DivineEdu franchise centre: Refund requests may initially be submitted through the franchise centre or directly to the Company, depending on the operational arrangement. Processing may require coordination between the Company and the respective franchise. This Policy applies unless a separate written agreement, consistent with applicable law, governs the transaction.
26.PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & SCHOLARSHIPS
Where courses or products are purchased under promotional offers, scholarships, bundled packages or discounted pricing:
- Refund calculations, if applicable, may take into account the promotional terms.
- Complimentary products or services included as part of a bundle may affect the refundable amount.
- Promotional benefits obtained through misuse or fraud may be cancelled.
27.SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Where the Company introduces subscription-based services:
- Renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of subscription.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays in processing cancellations, replacements or refunds caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

- Banking network failures
